My own attorney is not forthcoming even with this information. My own attorney's opinion is that once it gets to court alimony will be ordered for lifetime, even though wife is healthy, able to work, but refuses to work to support herself - a lifelong habit.

How often do the judges take these circumstances into consideration vs just blanket ordering alimony because husband earns more now? Wife is capable of earning $65K year working part time.
