What are tey intittled to? He has been both emotionally and physically abusive, unfaithful and had another child when I thought we were in a committed relationship and never told me about this. I found out about this when I received a letter from disability stating that my children's benefit would be reduced because of this other child. he also was married befor an has two grown children.
