Does that mean I ahve to match what the goverment is paying my wife and does she deserve alimony.
My wife filed for div. and is epecting me to pay her alimony and Child support and to have the Judge order me to keep health insurance on her.
with her combined income tax free she brings home 200.00 less than I make in a month. My health isn't good as either and I have medical bills I am being sued for.
How will the court look at this and what can I expect.
