I'm just a concern neighbor,the women next door to me left her 14 year old daughter with her ex husband, not the daughters father. The daughter wants to go live with her father but her mother has full costudy.
Ever night the daughter comes to my home to eat because her ex step father does not bring in any food, should i get ahold of the father of this 14 year old and tell him to come and get his daughter?
