I live in the state of Pennsylvania - My ex-'s live in paramour smokes - and yes it can be written into the agreement. I first got a letter from the Dr. and took it to court with me - Not only
can they not be in a home with a smoker - but they can not be in a car with a smoker either. So... it is possible. Good luck.
