I am quite sure you need to be a part of the divorce, especially when there are children involved. If I were you I would get you things together and be prepared. (Bills, banking statement etc. and save receipts for food, clothing etc.) With him out of work how does he expect to pay for his lawyer and court fees??? Also, he will be responsible for child care and alimony...lazy bum.
