You'll have to consult an attorney. As a general matter, the court will not be able to modify the obligation (or relieve you from it) if your child is still in high school, regardless of what you consider to be your ex-wife's bad faith in continuing his enrollment. The idea is that child support is for his benefit, not your ex-wife's, and he shouldn't be harmed by your dispute with her.
