sorry, there was some spelling mistakes in my previous post.
: I am on H1B visa status living in US since 2 years as temporary worker.My spouse is in india, she never been to usa. Based on this situation please advise me follwoing.
: 1. shall I file a case in USA ?
: 2. If she did't receive the court notice what court may decide about the pettition? Because I dont even know my spouse current address, Only I know is her old address.
: 3. If she happens to receive the notice and responds by mail through a indian lawyer how the proceedings can happen ? Because she does't have any US VISA.
: In this situations, how court may decide about the case ?
: 4. If she clains for maintenance, on what basis court may sanction her maintenance ? I mean is it depending on India living conditions, since she is india and we got married in India, OR based on my income in USA,since I am working in USA, eventhough I got married in India ?
