Where can I find laws and information pertaining to support orders from outside Connecticut. The other state will not give up jurisdiction on the case, yet the father can't file anything pertaining to the child in Connecticut. Neither state is happy, the child isn't seeing much money and there is a huge delay on the funds that go through, and the father has no way to file for visitation since Connecticut can't handle it and the other state refuses while the father is handling support through Connecticut.
Anything you can tell me would be helpful.
