my father-in-law past away an my husband an his brother an sisters were all beneficary of his estate, but the brother that was left poa has not done anything and is letting one of the sisters live in the home.do any of the other brother an sisters have any legal rights to do anything,the estate an everything in it was suppose to go up for auction an everything divided equally but so far nothing is being done..
