I have an advanced degree but was just terminated from my position and have been looking for a job for a month. I am currently living off of savings. My spouse has been sneaking around and I have found evidence that he has taken an apartment in another town and plans to move out at the end of this month (he hasn't notified me yet). My issue is that he plans to leave me with the house note etc..., no job and two children in my custody. I also found he's preparing divorce papers which did not check off child support or visitation or alimony. hould I prepare my own paperwork and serve him before he abandons us???
