: i wish it were that easy. I have been to court 2 times to get my son's biological fathers parental rights taken away. He is in prison for selling drugs. This is his second time being sentenced to prison for selling and trafficing drugs. I still have not succeded. He has not had any contact with him since 1995. The courts wanted to give him another chance. They did and he is right back in prison...hasn't changed at all. But I will keep trying because it is best for my son. Good Luck
I am interested in knowing where to start in getting the father's parental rights terminated. He is not interested in raising a child and has also agreed to have his parental rights terminated. If we are both in agreement where do I start?
