He is already $16,000 behind in support and currently only sends about $100 every few months just to say he is sending something. My daughter does not want to go with him but is forced to go kicking and screaming. This hurts me deeply. He has called the police on me once when I was late getting home for his visitation but he brings her home @10:00 when it is suppose to be 8:30 and she has to go to school. He has only had visitation for 9 mo and each month this behavior and tricks get worse. Her first Christmas week away from home I promised her that I would call everynight but he refused to let me or her only brother(who is 6yrs old) speak with her. He has said it on a couple of occasion that he would terminate his rights if I got the paper work but I do not trust him to do it. HELP! What can I do?
