I want my sons father to give up his parental rights. How do I go about doing this? He is a lousy father and has to have supervised visitaitons due to an allegation of sexually molesting his step-daughter (from a previous marriage). I had him evaluated with a sexual abuse profile evaluation and it came up he is a potential child sex offender. Now he wants even more hours (currently every Sat. for 5 hrs supervised by his mother). How can I get him to get out of our lives?
