I have a job opportunity out of state. In our divorce dic. nothing is said about
relocation issues, just joint custody, child living with mother, my ex does not talk to me and all visitation is done threw
his parents, what should I do. Try and contact him and risk a convertation, or
go directlyu to the court to have him served with my new address?
