I am on the brink of a divorce. My husband is out of work due to a work-related injury and I work part-time. We have a child under the age of two and can barely keep our heads above water. Assuming I/we meet income guidelines, are there services available through the state which would provide me with the ability to file for divorce? I do not have any family/friends who would be able to help me financially. I would greatly appreciate it if you could point me in the right direction. Thanks!
